2. Nature of Services
Child & Family Guidance provides non-medical, educational, lifestyle, and organisational support for parents and caregivers of babies and young children.

All guidance offered is:
• Informational and educational in nature
• Non-clinical and non-diagnostic
• Not a substitute for medical, psychological, or healthcare services

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.

Parents and caregivers remain fully responsible for decisions made regarding their child.

3. Eligibility
Services are available to parents and caregivers of children from birth to early childhood.
All consultations are delivered virtually.

4. Bookings & Payment
• All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via the online booking system.
• Session length and fees are clearly displayed at the time of booking.
• Prices are listed in AED and may be updated periodically.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund.
• In exceptional circumstances, discretion may be applied.

6. Follow-Up Sessions
Follow-up sessions are optional and available to support ongoing organisational or lifestyle needs.
There is no obligation to continue beyond a single session.

7. Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential and handled with care.
Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
Child & Family Guidance is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of information provided during consultations.

Parents and caregivers accept full responsibility for how guidance is applied within their household.
